Based on the information you provide us, we will troubleshoot the issue remotely and see what the best solution may be. In most cases, the issue will be one that you can resolve yourself at home. If the issue requires it, we will provide a return address so you can ship the bike or part to our service center and quickly get it back to you in optimal condition.
We will provide any spare parts that may be needed to do minor repairs at home. If the bike is still under warranty, the spare parts will be provided at no cost. We will even pay for the shipping!
