2. TROUBLESHOOT
Based on the information you provide us, we will troubleshoot the issue remotely and see what the best solution may be.
In most cases, the issue will be one that you can resolve yourself at home or with assistance from your local bike shop.
If the issue requires it, we will provide a return address so you can ship the bike or part to our service center for repair or replacement.


3. REPAIR
We will provide any spare parts that may be needed to do minor repairs at home. If the bike is still under warranty, the spare parts will be provided at no cost, but you will need to pay for the shipping cost.
If your manufacturer's warranty has expired, we will provide the parts to you at our retail price plus shipping.
