Shipping & Delivery
SHIPPING COSTS
Triton Electric Bikes can offer shipping on all purchases to addresses in the lower 48 continental United States, including complete electronic bicycles. For shipping to Canada, Hawaii or Alaska contact us before you place your order.
SHIPPING OF ELECTRIC BIKES
Shipments containing electric bikes are sent by ground transportation and require signature upon delivery. The shipping carrier will contact you before delivery to schedule the delivery date and time with you. You can expect shipment within 10 to 14 days after they contact you.
REFUSED SHIPMENTS
If you refuse delivery of an order that you asked us to ship to you, we reserve the right to charge a flat fee of $300 to recover our shipping costs. We cannot change, intercept, or cancel orders that have already shipped. If you refuse delivery, we will treat your order as a return if it arrives back to us, and issue a refund for the purchase price via your original payment method, less $300.
SHIPPING CARRIERS
Triton Electric Bikes ships using FedEx and USPS, based on the size/weight of your order and your delivery address. We’ll ship your order in a single box whenever possible, but occasionally we’ll need to send multiple shipments. For example, all accessory items will arrive separately.
LOST PACKAGES
Dropship Accessory Orders are generally shipped without requiring a signature at delivery. In some high-risk areas, we may elect to have the shipping carrier obtain a signature before making delivery.
Our responsibilities: Instruct the shipping carrier to deliver to the address you supplied at checkout, ship in a timely fashion, and pack shipments in such a way that they arrive undamaged.
Your responsibilities: Supply us with a safe and secure address for delivery, monitor the tracking information that we deliver to you via email and/or SMS text message so you'll know when your parcel is out for delivery, and can retrieve it promptly. Do not leave parcels sitting unclaimed.
Notably, we are not responsible for parcels stolen from your doorstep after delivery is made to the address you provided. Shipping carriers will not pay claims on parcels where the tracking shows "delivered". Please enter a safe and secure address for delivery purposes.
RETURN POLICY
Thank you for choosing TRITON as your new e-bike vendor! Because each e-bike is usually made to order, we consider them custom built products.
TRITON will accept returns that meet the following criteria:
• If your order was purchased but not shipped: 10% processing fee
• If your item has shipped but the box has not been opened, it remains sealed (within 14 days): 25% restocking fee, customer pays shipping both ways. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, and free from dirt, dust or any fragrances, and in the same package and condition that you received it.
• No returns after 30 days.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
PRE-ORDER CANCELLATIONS:
Any and all pre-orders that are cancelled prior to shipping will be charged a 10% processing fee of the total order price.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged, with its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@tritonelectricbike.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Accessories cannot be returned or refunded.
Final Sale items or gift cards cannot be refunded.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method through Shopify. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Warranty
Our warranty covers the first owner/purchaser. It is non-transferable and applies only to Triton Electric Bikes purchased through our website, tritonelectricbikes.com. It is the owner’s responsibility to inspect the bicycle before each and every ride and to follow all standard bicycle safety precautions while riding their electric bicycle. Please check your local laws regarding bicycle safety. Always wear an approved safety helmet and always utilize proper lighting equipment when riding at night.
